With a Full servo CI flexo press, operators gain closed-loop tension control, automatic pre-registration, and recipe-driven job recall. The flexible packaging gearless CI flexo machine is built for high-volume converting of LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, PET, CPP, aluminum foil, and coated paper. Its construction centers on a thermally stable central impression drum, lightweight sleeve-based print and anilox cylinders, and precision linear guides on each color deck. Operators can select 8, 10, or 12 color stations depending on the graphics complexity. The machine supports water-based, solvent-based, and UV/LED UV inks, with dryers configured to match the application.
