Shaftless stack flexo press

The modern stack type flexo printing machine has been redesigned around a shaftless drive architecture, giving converters the ability to adjust repeat length without gear changes. In a traditional stack type flexographic printing machine, mechanical linkages limit registration accuracy and slow down job setup. Our stack flexo press replaces those mechanical parts with independent servo motors on every print deck. As a true vertical stack flexo press, it provides a short web path, easy access for plate mounting, and consistent tension control on films, paper, and foil. The Shaftless stack flexo press is engineered for high-speed flexible packaging with independent servo drives on each print deck. Each station uses an AC servo motor with absolute encoder feedback, eliminating gear backlash and allowing fast job changeover. The Shaftless stack flexo press accepts BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, paper, and aluminum foil with automatic tension control from unwind to rewind. A closed doctor blade chamber, ceramic anilox roll, and pneumatic impression adjustment at every deck provide fine ink density control.
